Let’s Talk Operations

A discovery call is a 30-minute conversation to understand where your business is today, what's creating friction or slowing growth, and whether MakeWaves is the right fit to help. There's no sales pitch and no obligation. We'll be honest about whether our services apply to your situation.

MakeWaves works primarily with growing small to mid-size businesses. Team size matters less than complexity: we work with solo owner-operators and with teams of a hundred or more. If your operation has outgrown the way you are running it, you’re likely in the right range. MakeWaves has its deepest experience in industrial distribution, specialty wholesale, light manufacturing, and field services. We also work with founder-led businesses in other workflow-heavy sectors when the fit is clear.

Both. Remote-first, with nationwide on-site support when the work calls for it.

Every engagement is custom-scoped based on your specific situation, team size, and project complexity. Assessments are fixed-fee. Implementation projects are quoted based on scope. The advisory retainer is a flat monthly rate. After a discovery call, we'll provide a clear proposal with defined deliverables and pricing before any work begins.
